Seeks Small Rate Reduction Based on Storage
As a part of Williams' transportation
charges, it recovers what is referred to as a "FERC ACA" or actual
cost adjustment charge. This charge is calculated based on the costs of FERC
operations and is supports some aspects of FERC regulatory operations. Williams
recently filed to reduce this charge by $0.0001/Dth. Midwest will intervene and
seek to verify the amount of the reduction. If the mathematics proves out, we do
not expect to challenge the reduction and will encourage FERC to approve it
promptly.
