Midwest Utility Users' Association

The Midwest Utility Users' Association was formed to create an "umbrella" organization in which the benefits of common organization, administration and dedication to the principles of cost-based utility rates that have distinguished the Midwest Gas Users' Association could be extended to customers of other utilities.  MUUA provided that umbrella in the recent intervention of several Kansas electric customers in the KCPL-Western Resources merger matters at the Kansas Corporation Commission and FERC.
